Prendersi cura di se stessi.
Ogni tanto ragazze bisogna fermarsi, non correre, prendersi del tempo per noi, rilassarci, fare quello che ci piace, coccolarci.
Per questo scelto di farmi un regalo: un pomeriggio in Spa, col mio quasi marito!, 3 ore abbondanti di puro relax...tra hammam, bagno turco, idromassaggio, massaggio e tisana, siamo usciti come nuovi, come se il tempo si fosse fermato.
Chissà perchè quando si fanno cose piacevoli il tempo vola!
Per l'occasione abbiamo scelto il centro estetico SAMSARA - Hammam Bellezza e Benessere, in zona Pigneto.
Il giudizio? Un posto bello, ben fatto, arredato con gusto, che ti introduce subito in un'atmosfera dal sapore marocchino, tra luci e profumi inconfondibili... insomma, un'oasi di pace nel centro di Roma.
Vorrei solo ripetere l'esperienza a breve!
