IBIZA: 1° PART

Ciao ragazze! Sono tornata!!
Avete sentito la mia mancanza??! :P

Hello girls! I'm back !!
Have you missed me ??! : P
I need a break and I did it in a place that I love, with my love <3 That honey!!!

Let me tell you all, follow me --->
Ibiza, a small paradise on earth.
A magical island for me and my boyfriend, an island that pampers and relaxes, with its perfumes, with its music, with its colors ...
Not just an island for fun and buzz, drugs and alcohol, not only discos, clubs and trendy places, but also an island that still retains a wild face
: the red earth, the beaches and coves off the beaten track (less commercial and the most beautiful!), his vintage air that you breathe into hippy markets
Ibiza is above all this and in this reveals its true spirit.

Our base was Sant Antoni: the most frequented by the British, who dance and get drunk all night in the various clubs in the area. But it is also the cheapest part and you can find very valid structures. Here in Sant antoni there are also the most beautiful sunsets (we are in the west of the island, this is where the sun sets), and it is here that you can find the famous Cafe del Mar (now a little bit too commercial, but still valid place). Here where you can find some of my beaches / coves favorite: Cala Grassio, Cala Bassa, Cala Vedella, Cala d'Hort.
The advice is to rent a scooter or a car and turn, turn, turn!

Another very interesting aspect is the food: Mediterranean, in some ways similar to the Italian one.
And then, I don't know about you, but I go crazy for paella!!!!
Look at the pictures and judge by yourself ... this is the Valenciana version ...

A pleasure, and I do not add more !!! :)

Dolce far nulla... quando ce vo ce vo!!!! :P
Relaxing...

I would stay hours to contemplate the sea, to smell his perfume and the sound of waves which for me is like a lullaby ...

One of the best shows that Mother Nature can offer us: the sunset.
All this brings us back to the calm, quiet and contemplation.

To slow actions and deep breaths.
To remove the anxiety and stress that afflict those who, like me, live in a big, noisy, busy city.
Applause at this sunset and...
do not miss the second part of my story, the other outfits and tips on Ibiza part 2! ;)

BLUE JUMPSUIT

Benvenuto settembre.
Intanto, ecco alcuni suggerimenti su come prolungare l'abbronzatura conquistata in vacanza.
1. L'alimentazione.
Xoxo, Vivy

Welcome to September.
Month in which we started with the projects, with good intentions, full of energy: we hope to be a good and productive year, this is my wish for all of you!
In the meantime, here are some tips on how to prolong your tan gained on vacation.
1 Healty food. Everything always starts from here, is the first step, the fundamental one. Drink a lot of water and eat fruits and vegetables (especially yellow-orange-red ones), for a load of water, minerals and vitamins that help us to keep the skin supple and hydrated.
2 No bathroom, especially too hot, because it promotes desquamation. It is better a shower, maybe with the help of a body wash oily, rather than the traditional shower gel, less suited to the maintenance of tanning.
3 A good moisturizer to spread on the body every day helps to keep the skin well hydrated, but if we see a principle of desquamation, then it is better to make a body scrub.
But September is also the month of vacation for those who have arrears.
While waiting for the much-awaited vacation, I recreated a holiday city look: a dip in the blue, shells as a necklace, an ever-present straw hat and white sandals, which for me is in itself synonymous with summer.
I hope you like it, waiting for your opinions!
Xoxo, Vivy
